Once our production and quality checks are completed your purchase will be sent via a tracked delivery provider.

*Exemption of policy in the instance of damage in transit. We quality check and securely package all items prior to shipping to ensure you receive your items in the best possible condition, if, however you notice any major damage made in transit to the packaging or content we request you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will require digital photographic evidence of any damage to the package and/or content you have received prior to returning the package to us. Once we have received it, we will be able to offer you a replacement or refund on any items damaged in transit.
*Exemption of policy in the instance of customisation error. We take great care in designing your chosen products as ordered. We can, of course, offer replacements or refunds on items that have been made in error on our behalf. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or replacement on customised items if an error has been made by the customer after the draft image file has been approved via email by the customer. In cases where an error has been made by the customer, we can offer a partial refund of 50% of the retail cost.
For any replacement or refund to be processed, on exemptions listed above, your purchase must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at withlovex.co.uk@gmail.com and provide the following information:

photos of the damage to or fault with the item and packaging.
We will arrange for a customer returns form to be sent to you via email within 48 hours of receipt of notification and arrange for a designated courier service to collect any damaged or faulty item at our cost.
*We do not provide a designated courier service or cover the cost of returns on items where an error has been made by the customer.
